Timothy J. Fry


Tim practices in the area of civil litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation, construction law, employment law, and insurance matters. Tim is a strong and effective advocate for his clients, which frequently include business owners and various-sized corporations in Manitoba. He has appeared on behalf of his clients at all levels of Court in Manitoba as well as at arbitrations.

Tim is a sessional lecturer at the University of Manitoba Faculty of Engineering and a course instructor at Providence College. Tim also currently serves as a Managing Partner for Tapper Cuddy LLP.
